According to findings, we also see that the aviation is becoming more accessible to the global population. Worldwide – 51% of the population lives within 100 km of an International Airport – and 74% live within 100 km of any kind of airport. So, airspace is quickly becoming congested and air traffic is slated to double over the next two decades. In addition to air space – we have to consider airports themselves. Airports are already built up around population centres and are already operating at high capacity. The reality is that – in order to accommodate the forecast growth - drastic improvements and efficiencies for airports and air traffic management will need to be found. For this – we need innovation. This wave of innovations in aviation will surely impact the wider transport sector as well as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. These concepts show some examples of what the future has in store – from moving people to delivering packages – the innovations are truly amazing. Hence, creating an avenue for strategic managers with knowledge of aviation industry, which the CPTEC Aviation in Strategic Management will offer a great knowledge and understanding to stand out!

INTERNATIONAL GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS.
International General Entry Requirements. Entry requirements are flexible and vary, but we generally demand:
- By University Matriculation Entry Mode
- Secondary School Leaving Certificate with a good mark OR; 5 GCSEs and 2 AS/A2s OR BAC Requisite Qualification OR; the equivalent in your country of education OR; Foundation Certificate from internationally recognised professional body AND
- proof of good use of English (IELTS/TOEFL/GCSE or equivalent)
- At least S.S.S. Certificate or G.C.E. ‘O’ Level with credit passes in five (5) subjects, including English Language and Mathematics (Though, mathematics can be waived for some courses) obtained at not more than two sittings; or
- Pass in appropriate Foundation / Certificate programme; or
- Mature Entry Route (MER) Minimum age of 35 plus work experience (5 years minimum work experience) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
For entry into Year 2 (Diploma and Advanced Diploma):
(a) CPTEC Diploma
(b) OND/NCE/BTEC;
(c) Certificate from internationally recognised professional body;
(d) transfer credits from an internationally accredited university in a relevant field, subject to approval
For entry into Year 3- 4 (B.Sc.):
(a) Advanced Diploma from CPTEC; OR
(b) HND/BTEC; OR Transfer Credits from an internationally accredited university in a relevant field, subject to approval; OR
(e) Membership of internationally recognized professional body. Subject to approval of the Senate and Board
