PRESS RELEASE !!!

RE: NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT SUSPENDS ACCREDITATION OF DEGREE AND CERTIFICATES FROM BENIN REPUBLIC AND TOGO.

It came to our attention today through various online newspaper in Nigeria that the Federal Government in Nigeria through the Federal Ministry of Education signed by the statement credited to Augustina Obilor- Duru on behalf of Director of Press and Public Relations that “The Federal Government has announced the suspension of evaluation and accreditation of degree certificates from Benin Republic and Togo.”

We wish to inform our current and potential students; affiliates and the general public knows that CPTEC is not under any investigation by the Federal Ministry of Education in Nigeria or other countries and the case mentioned in the investigation do not involve our school or any member of the community.

CPTEC (“Centre de Perfectionnement aux Techniques Economiques et Commerciales “) is a fully accredited (ARRETE No 2019/044/MESR/SG/DES; No 2012/062/METFP/CAB/SG/SE-CPO; ….) Private University since 2003 and located in Lome, Republic of Togo, West Africa. CPTEC and its courses has been accredited and has a valid accreditation with the Federal Ministry of Higher Learning in Togo.
CPTEC has a high academic and quality control in the handling of its academic programmes towards the award of its relevant qualifications that are offered on campus and online.
We wish to assure all our students, affiliates and community that there is no cause for alarm as our institution is well structured in its academics and award of relevant qualifications and also a law abiding in the host country and across the globe. Also, we do not have any records of violation of any offences I the host country in Togo or other nations of the world.

We are also optimistic that the investigation of the institutions purportedly milling certificates by the Nigerian Government will not affect our institutions, especially our International Students from Nigeria. Be rest assured that the necessary international institutions in the affected countries will take necessary action accordingly to address the diplomatic relationship relating to the matter.
Thank you once again for your trusting in the CPTEC academics and community and wish all our students, especially the new entrants a happy and peaceful academic year.

May God bless you.
